Request a room away from the dining area to minimize noise during your stay, especially if you enjoy sleeping in.

The workers were outstandingly accommodating.

The location was convenient for nearby attractions, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, parking was tight, and I noticed some cleanliness issues in the room, such as missing items. It's a decent place for a short stay or a fun getaway, especially if you're looking for places to explore nearby.

Extremely friendly, cooperative and efficient front desk staff. Excellent breakfast, as to food and atmosphere. Beautiful view of the river and Downtown Cincinnati. Room was very spacious.

Room was not ready 2 hours post check in time. When entering room for the first time hours later, it was not completely cleaned. Trash baskets were full. One bed required changing. Insufficient number of bath towels for 2 adult occupants. Carpet required sweeping.

The setting is favourable and prime, very close to downtown Cincinnati and the river.

Great location but needs better cleanliness

We loved the river view at night! The room was comfy and big, and the shuttle to the ballpark was super handy for just a buck. But, the housekeeping was a letdown-our bathroom trash was gross, and we found old stuff in the room. A bit more effort there would be nice!

New-fashioned room with a master key, and wonderful location. Excellent facilities there. Location just off Paul Brown Stadium and restaurants and the Riverbend Music Center. Also, on the river.

Clean hotel, comfortable room,courteous staff & close to highway & amenities

It was just an appropriate option for a weekend rest in Newport with good value considering the price it charged. The staff were very nice, made our stay more pleasant. Try to get your breakfast early as options ran low fast.

The room was wonderful and enjoyed having all the extras that you normally do not get in a hotel room. Very clean and staff was very professional and helpful.

The only issue was there was not enough parking spaces when we arrived back to the hotel and had to park in a handicap. We did get this approved by the staff, as it was very late when we arrived. We moved the car first thing in the morning. This was the only issue we had. Everything else was great!

The bed was really comfortable and they had a local restaurant guide.

I woke up with ants crawling all over myself and my fiancé. They were in the bed, on the night stand, and in the bathroom. When we got home we found a few ants in our luggage.
